If we receive your order before 2 PM and payment has been processed,
we will ship the order the same day.

Should one or more products be out of stock, you will be notified.
The missing products will then be delivered free of charge as soon as possible or refunded to the account used for payment.

Many products can be sent through the letterbox; however, if an order is larger, shipping will take place
in a box, shipments always include a Track and Trace code via PostNL.

For orders (NL) above €25, no shipping costs are charged!
For orders (NL) below €25, a shipping fee of €3.95 will be charged.

For customers outside the Netherlands and within the EU, a shipping fee of €6.95 will be charged due to higher
shipping costs, above €55, shipping is free!

Customers outside the EU pay €20 shipping costs, shipping is free for orders above €125.

 

Returns
You can return a product within 14 days, provided it is new, unopened, and undamaged.

Naturally, you can return products if you received them damaged or if they turn out to be defective; always contact us first!

Sale gel polish can never be returned!

As we are the cheapest provider of Bluesky Gel Polish and operate with low margins, shipping costs will be deducted from the order if the entire order is returned!
